Couple's Psychotherapy

Relationships are one of the most meaningful aspects of our lives. Just as our relationships can be a source of resiliency and stability, they can also be a great source of pain, especially when we feel stuck in cycles of disconnection, conflict, or distance. If you and your partner find yourselves having the same arguments, struggling to feel understood, or longing for emotional connection, you’re not alone, and meaningful change is possible.

I specialize in working with couples to uncover and shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Grounded in attachment theory and informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman methods, I help you understand not just what’s happening in your relationship, but why it happens and how to change it.

Together, we’ll slow down difficult moments as they unfold, so you can interrupt painful cycles in real time and begin responding to each other in new, more connecting ways. I will support you in accessing vulnerability, expressing your needs more clearly, and reconnecting with empathy for one another. Over time, this work can help you rebuild trust, deepen emotional intimacy, and create a more resilient, fulfilling partnership.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but it’s also a powerful investment in your relationship and overall quality of life. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
